Man you really honked me off with your question
Yes, from what I heard..
Indeed, you can use Hungry Boiler.
Really love this place. I told them I was vegan and they were extremely accommodating. Their veggie samosas are also AMAZING!
Excellent food. I learned to love Indian food thanks to this restaurant. Good buffet and service!!!
We truly enjoy the good, and the staff and owners are terrific--really make you feel welcome!
As my first ever Indian cuisine experience, this is certainly a pleasant time. The food was tasty, abundant, and the buffet style did not take away from the flavor of the dishes. Couple that with a kind staff, convenient location, and comfortable atmosphere, and you have yourself a must-have experience in the community!
My wife and I eat here all the time. We love the lunch buffet. She is a vegetarian and the selection for her is is always fantastic. For those who are worried that the food will be too spicy, the buffet is always on the lighter side of the spice level (I would be happy for more, but I understand trying to appeal to everyone).I really want to give Kahana Khazana 5 stars, but the general cleanliness and condition needs improvement. We have never encountered anything appalling, but the tablecloths and surroundings can be dirty and unkempt. If you are able to look past that the food is well worth it.The staff is always polite and the buffet stays fresh. Ordering off the menu, either for carry out or dining in, has a wide variety.
Favorite Indian buffet in town. Great food and they are super friendly.
Incredibly flavorful and delicious at a great price!! Excellent vegan options. Spicy and satisfying!! The owners and daughter are inviting and very kind. Best Indian food in greater Lafayette!
In my opinion the best place in the West Lafayette area to get Indian food! The Tikka Masala (butter chicken) is my favorite dish and the Naan bread is fantastic. Highly recommend!
I love this restaurant. I have tried many others and always come back to Khana Khazana. The staff is friendly and the food is always wonderful. There are so many flavors on the buffet and so much variety in the offerings. Great for vegetarians!
Wonderful service, delicious food and good prices.
I always get a great meal here. Love the people who own it.
Always amazing food and very friendly service. I have eaten here several years, and will continue to go. The buffet is amazing.
The person is extremely rude and no concept of customer service especially if you are to call them.
Horrible experience. I had very high expectations from this place but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. They are serving tofu in the name of paneer. The fried rice smelled weird, naans were cold, thick and rubbery. The only good thing was the pineapple (may be because there was no cooking involved). The owner is very rude and unprofessional and has no sense about hospitality. There are much better places in the city to have Indian food. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Illegally keeps tips from servers, as well as other illegal pay practices designed to steal money from employees pockets.Employees aren't even allowed to keep their own tips!!!
Really nice indian food place. Food is really fresh and the owner and staff are really friendly. They were about to close when i came in but they were generous enough to serve me. The food is absolutely fantastic and the prices are really great considering a lot of student would be eating there. Must visit.
Their 12$ buffet is pretty good
Astoundingly delivers perfection every visit! The HOLI Celebration is beyond belief. Everything here is worthy of recommendation and praise.
Khana Khazana is a weekly routine for me. I love their flavorful cooking and the small changes to the menu each week. Anita and her staff greet us with a smile every visit and make us feel like family.
Family owned business. A married couple owns and I have had many interactions with the woman owner. She is always incredibly nice. Such a welcoming and friendly person. If you want to support good people this is the Indian restaurant for you. The food is magnificent! I ate the veggie samosa, aloo-tikki chat, vegetable biryani, allo chat, garlic naan, and chana masala. I have tried other well known Indian restaurants and this place is by far my favorite. Well priced with nice serving sizes. The best Indian restaurant in the greater Lafayette area hands down.
They are new, food is tasty. Coffee is not bad. Should improve the menu.
Great family owned eatery with top quality food. Prices are slightly higher than expected but comparable to other similar places.
Very mediocre as far as Indian food goes
The food is sometimes good. I can cook better than them.
We love taking care of our wonderful guests! ❤
Extremely rude owner. I can't imagine how her employees can stand working with her if she's rude even to her customers. She lost a customer for life.
I’m genuinely not trying to hurt this business... food smelled wonderful, but there were maggots in the rice. Food was delivered close to their closing time, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call to alert them. I only hope the owners see this and throw anything left in that lot.
One of my all-time favorite restaurants, not just my favorite Indian restaurants. The food is delicious, well seasoned and balanced. The seasoning is especially nice in that everything is a nice blend that is more than the sum of its parts - they all come together to make something new and full and rich. Plus the food is always fresh, with nothing stale or old sitting out too long. Reliably terrific.
Great northern Indian food. Good prices. Service is very attentive. Close to campus.
We had them cater for our Honors College Global Committee event at Purdue and they had really good food and service! The food was easy to set up and the containers fit with the chafing dishes that we had. The service was amazing they took good care of us with directions for the food and how to carry the large containers. They were quick to return our phone call and very open with the price of a large catering order. We would recommend!
I ordered their chicken makhani for takeout and it was terrible tasting and extremely watery. They claim to put tandoori chicken in this dish but that’s false. The chicken was rubbery and undercooked. Overall my first and the last experience with this so called ‘restaurant’ was one of the worst!
They have the most tender meat I have ever had in my life. Food is amazing with choices from the buffet or menu. Buffet changes which is nice. Staff is super friendly and I absolutely love coming here.
The buffet was excellent...lots of vegan as well as nonvegan options. The staff was very polite and welcoming. We had two very loud toddlers we were trying to control, and they were still incredibly welcoming and interactive with us. Every staff member stopped to converse with us. It was a great time. I felt as if I was eating in a friend's home. I felt that the price was reasonable and consistent with other restaurants of the same type, but the customer service was exceptional which is why I will definitely be back.
Tasty ( at times little spicy ) , interesting varieties of Indian food. Good food-package options to chose from. Student friendly
worst Indian food I have ever had. I'm not saying that because I didn't like one particular item. Tandoori chicken had a spoilt smell. And none of the other items tasted good. Its below mediocre.
The taste of the food and the service are good. Some things are not artisanal made and it's possible to identify which food comes from being in the fridge for a while
Excellent buffet and outstanding service
I miss the food and fresh chai sooo much. Looking forward to visiting Purdue & eating Khana Khazana!!
Great service and good for people new to Indian food; if you're just becoming acquired to the palate, this is a good place to go to start.
Good Aura. Affordable student specials. Friendly staff. More importantly, delicious food. Def would recommend going there.
The younger members of the staff are always incredibly rude for some reason, and pretty weird with all their arbitrary rules that don't seem to exist with some others. Foods gotten much better recently though and is quite tasty usually.
The food was delicious, definitely over-ate but it was worth it! Staff was kind and charming as well. My partner and I have meant to eat here for years, and I'm mad we waited so long
There is alqays a great buffet here. Good variety and it changes up every once in a while. It's also the closest Indian restaurant to campus. Around $15 but it's worth it for a buffet. They also have a rewards program. Every 10th buffet is free!
This is a good place for a eat out. But the smell keeps everyone out. Little expensive for the items served. The options are nice and unique than other indian Restaurants in the city. It would be great if the above mentioned things are taken care off I would give 5. Attitude was it was really awesome.
